結構特點 Structural characteristics
Y2緊湊型高壓系列電機采用高強度鑄鐵結構，定子采用F級絕緣真空壓力浸漬無溶劑工藝處理(VPI)，轉子為籠形結構，采用鑄鋁一次成型工藝，也可根據客戶需求生產銅條轉子。該系列產品具有結構緊湊、體積小、可靠性高、造型美觀、噪音低、振動小、使用維護方便等特點，適用于風機、水泵、壓縮機、工程機械、礦山機械等設備。
The Y2 series of high voltage compact three phase asychronous motors with high strengh cast iron structure, insulation class F stator made by VPI process, cage structure rotor made by once forming process, or copper strip rotor made by midfrequency welding process, have the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, high reliability, beautiful apperance, low noise, little vibration, maintenance convenience, and can be applied to fan, pump, compressor, mining machinery, engineering machinery, etc.
